Local, coastal bushwalking tracks are plenty in the local area surrounding Bells. See Indigenous rock paintings, magnificent scenery & wildlife. Maps are available at reception. (National Parks Visitors Centre located near entry to Maitland Bay track) An easy, level walk across the road, approximately 1 kilometre east, is the Marie Byles lookout. From here you can look South across to Palm Beach to Sydney. A spectacular coastal lookout, not to be missed.

Visit Palm Beach by ferry. Palm Beach is a 20 min cruise from Wagstaffe wharf. Barrenjoey House is great for lunch or have fish & chips by the water. There are a few boutique shops and the headland has a gorgeous lighthouse if you are feeling energetic. Timetables available at reception.
