Built for serious fishing, designed for luxury, this CABO 38 Express sports cruiser is available to you and your guests for charter.

‘Pretty Beach Launch’ will take you to hidden beaches and coves that few know exist let alone have ever visited. You’ll follow kingfish and salmon, watch dolphins and whales or pit yourself against with the heavyweights of the deep, reeling in monster marlin and tuna. On board ‘Pretty Beach Launch’ you’ll relax in air-conditioned luxury and savour the delights of acclaimed chef, Stefano Manfredi’s Italian cuisine. You’ll choose from a selection of Stefano’s hamper and picnic menus and enjoy your choice of wines, champagnes, beer and non-alcoholic beverages from the on-board bar all of which are included in the exclusive, all inclusive, charter rate.

Hidden Beaches & Coves Charter

This is a morning charter where you’ll explore secret coves and bays, experience the rugged beauty of a coastline as yet unspoilt and relax at a secluded beach where you can picnic, snorkel and swim. In the watching season you can also take this charter to watch the whales and the dolphins at play.

Calm Water Fishing Charter

This is a full day charter that combines the relaxation and beauty of Hidden Beaches & Coves Charter with the excitement of landing your own dinner. You’ll troll inshore reefs and headlands for kingfish, snapper, bonito and salmon. ‘Pretty Beach’ will take you to the calm waters of the Hawkesbury, a breathtakingly beautiful place with looming cliffs, towering trees and in places, almost manicured banks. Here you can try your hand at fishing for jewfish, bream, flathead and tailor.

Blood & Thunder Game Fishing Charter

This is serious fishing - a full day charter of deep-sea game fishing on the continental shelf off the New South Wales central coast. From Broken Bay to Port Stephens to Newcastle and Norah Head canyons, from Browns Mountain, to Tuna Wide and Heaton’s Hill off Sydney, you’ll pit your strength against the kings of the ocean – marlin, tuna, shark. However with ‘Pretty Beach’ providing the latest tackle equipment and a perfect waterline vision for fish-spotting from its raised bridge deck, there is no doubt that you will have the advantage. Everything you need is on board ‘Pretty Beach’ has a full inventory of fishing tackle from 3 to 37kg custom built rods and Shimano reels. It offers a cockpit that incorporates a tackle storage centre, in-floor fish boxes and a 181- litre in-transom bait tank. There are eleven additional rod holders spread throughout the gunwales, a rocket launcher and a high-gloss teak Release big game fishing chair.

Powered by twin C12 Caterpillar diesel engines, with a top speed of 38 knots ‘Pretty Beach’ also offers state of the art depth and fish finders, chart plotter, radar, satellite phone, thermal imaging and underwater cameras. While ‘Pretty Beach’ has been customised to provide the ultimate fishing experience – plenty of height in the Lees triple-spreader outriggers and a Black Marlin tower – no compromise has been made on comfort. In fact, the new ‘Pretty Beach’ CABO 38 Express epitomises luxury and comfort offering a sumptuous air-conditioned galley with a beautiful self-contained apartment below decks. The cabin features a dining table and L-shaped leather lounge that seats five and converts to two Pullman berths. The cabin also offers twin single bunks with a small owner’s double in the bow and a fully equipped bathroom with shower.

Conditions

Rose Bay to Pretty Beach Wharf, Palm Beach to Pretty Beach Wharf, Hidden Beaches & Coves and Calm Water Fishing Charters are based on a maximum of 10 people. Blood & Thunder Charters are based on a maximum of 6 people. Hidden Beaches & Coves, Calm Water Fishing and Blood & Thunder Charters depart and return from Pretty Beach public wharf. Departure times are dependent on ocean conditions. Hidden Beaches & Coves and Calm Water Fishing Charters generally depart early morning or mid afternoon.

All reservations must be guaranteed either by credit card or prepayment received in full to confirm the booking. A 50% deposit will be required 7 days prior to the booking. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations of less than 7 days prior to arrival. The full charter price will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of the charter date, although we will make every attempt to re-book your charter where possible which may allow us to reimburse the cancellation fee. While some charters can be arranged on a last minute basis we do suggest pre-booking to ensure availability. Providing for your guests Pretty Beach House guests are welcome to invite friends and family on board. However, all non Pretty Beach House guests will be subject to applicable charges for all food and beverages consumed. Prices are available on application. While all sunscreen and towels are provided, for your comfort and to fully enjoy the cruising experience, we suggest you and your guests bring a broad brimmed hat, swimming costume and sunglasses.
