It's the one day you're guaranteed to remember for the rest of your life, so it makes sense to celebrate that day somewhere extra special. Bells is such a place.

Our beautiful grounds provide the perfect backdrop when you say I do, and our professional team of event planners will ensure everything runs smoothly, organising the photography and the reception at Stefano Manfredi's Restaurant.

Lunchtime weddings are especially popular, with the sunshine bathing the lawns and gardens in a golden glow.

The Restaurant caters for up to 70 people for a sit down dining experience or up to 250 people for a stand up cocktail reception. Concertina glass doors open onto a huge veranda and overlook exquisite manicured gardens and fountains. in particular The Front Lawn Fountain is a perfect location to hold your Garden Ceremony. The veranda may be used as a dining area, lounge bar or it may also be used as a dance floor, with plenty of space for a band or DJ.

EVENING WEDDINGS AT BELLS

CEREMONY

Garden Ceremonies can be held by the fountain from 4.30pm with all guests seated in The Conservatory by 6pm. Garden hire cost is $950 and this includes use of 40 white chairs, a signing table, table cloth and use of the grounds for photography. (It is not recommended to have the ceremony any earlier than 4.30pm. Check in time at the hotel is 3pm and an earlier check in time can not, under any circumstances be guaranteed).

MENU

A tailored menu will be designed for you. Cocktail Menu: $110 per person. Three course menu with canapés: $130 per person

BEVERAGE

Beverage is charged on consumption on the night of your event and is payable by cash or card only. No cheques. BYO is not available. The bar closes at 11.30pm with venue vacated by 12pm.

HIRE COSTS

Conservatory hire is $1,000.00. This charge is inclusive of tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, crockery, printed menus and service.

MINIMUM SPEND

Minimum spend for any event in The Conservatory is $7,000 (includes food, beverage and garden hire).

MUSIC

From 4.30pm until 6pm music is allowed in the garden. 6pm onwards music and bands are allowed inside the conservatory only.

CAKES

Our cakes are made by our chefs in the bells kitchen from the freshest ingredients. To prepare them properly, we need advance notice of 4 or more days. The cost for all our wedding cakes is $600.

ACCOMMODATION

For any night time event, a minimum of 11 cottages must be booked at the hotel, for at least one night, the night of the event. The 11 cottages are the closest to The Conservatory, rooms 1 to 11.

All other cottages and suites can be booked by your guests, according to the usual accommodation policies; ie: weekends are a minimum of 2 nights. Rooms 12 to 25.

No children are allowed or catered for at Bells at Killcare Boutique Hotel. The Bells Beach House is located 2 minutes drive down the road from Bells and is perfect for families and small groups of up to 13 people. (8 adults and 5 children). We can also recommend other local holiday houses and local hotels, where children are able to stay.

Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am. No guarantees can be made for early arrivals or late departures. These can be granted, however not until the day of check in, and according to movements on that particular day. If rooms are required to get ready in prior to the ceremony, these must be booked under usual policy.

EXCLUSIVITY

If all cottages and suites are not booked by your group, there is a chance there will be other Bells guests on the property, using the facilities, at the time of your wedding.
