Easter Sunday Lunch is one of the most popular dates on our calendar and The Wild Flower Bar & Dining is offering a delicious shared feast on Easter Sunday, March 31st. A wonderful day of relaxed family feasting where guests will enjoy a three-course shared menu, for all the family to enjoy.

Shared entree
House baked onion & rosemary focaccia
Parmesan fonduta agnolotti, tomato & saffron
Roast spiced duck salad, pomegranate, eggplant & celery
Grilled Southern calamari, cime di rapa, chilli & garlic
24 months aged prosciutto, house pickles & carasau

Shared main
Roast suckling pig, pan juices, sage & honey
Grilled snapper, braised zucchini, salsa dragoncello
Roast rosemary potatoes
Rocket, balsamic and parmesan salad
