We had a wonderful stay at Bells
Dear Karina, Brian and Team, We had a wonderful stay at Bells. It was first and it did not disappoint. Infact you have cleverly managed the website that all our expectations were exceeded when we arrived. We did appreciate the scale and beauty of the gardens. We were blessed with the most magical weather so thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast on the verandah each morning. The cottages are just gorgeous and just perfectly designed with beautiful accessories, especially in the bathroom - your toiletries are fantastic. Please pass on our greatest appreciation to Anna in the SPA. She was fantastic, and after our couples session, I went back for another remedial massage on Sunday which was worth its weight in gold in every way. We have shared your website with many friends here and overseas, as they were keen to know how we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary (we are both Brits and married in Scotland). One small observation which may be helpful. I had assumed our kitchenette came with a microwave, small hob or oven, and this was a little bit inconvenient as I brought some food for our late arrival on Friday. Get yourself a leave pass from the kids, and check in for some quality relaxing downtime! We thoroughly enjoyed our mini break at Bells at Killcare, its how I would imagine it be like holidaying in the Hamptons, but better cause its on the doors steps of Sydney! By the looks of on our face and of other guests, I would conclude that everyone who stays at Bells is sure to leave rejuvenated and relaxed. Which speaks highly about the staff and team who manage and maintain this wonderful boutique resort in one of the best hidden destinations just north of Sydney. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart
Hi Corinne & Leanne, Head staff unsure of her name she was in charge of the floor this morning and last night & the Chefs...oh and Stefano, Just wanted to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your efforts and warmth you showed from day dot, my fiancee was thrilled with his surprise and mostly the hand signed cookbook Seasonal Favourites perfectly put together by Manfredi. From the time we stepped into your doors we were greeted with smiles and felt right at home, you all looked after us and our meals were exceptional perfect and left us feeling full and satisfied, what a great meal we are still talking about it now...we also had a scrumptious breakfast which was truly beautiful.. I will also note that the accommodation was beautiful and fresh, the rooms have a nice touch to them and are perfect like the overall place. Thank you once again for all your help in making out stay PERFECT! Hats off to you all. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year can't wait to come back soon been hinting to my fiancee... I would like to extend to you all a personal thank you
To the Management and Staff of Bells at Killcare, I would like to extend to you all a personal thank you for the experience that Rachel and I had while staying and dining with you over the long weekend. Based on some of the reviews that I have seen and read on Trip Advisor I was a little apprehensive about the 'experience' we would receive. I am pleased to say that from the moment we checked in until our departure nothing was to much trouble. In particular Hayley, her floor staff and the Kitchen need a special mention. Rachel and I can be quite particular when it come to dining, with longer than standard breaks between courses (as dining is an experience with extended conversation) through to some dietary preferences. Not only did we have the degustation menu on the Saturday night but then also on Sunday night with short notice. The second night was enhanced through the thoughtfulness of the staff to realise what we had eaten the night before and develop a different menu. Additionally while we were having a pre diner drink Hayley took the time to explain that unfortunately the restaurant had run out of a particular wine that we enjoyed the night before and due to the long weekend were unable to source more. So thank you once again for a more memorable time that I know we will recall with fondness until we stay with you again. On a separate note I know that Rachel shares my views on this as she have posted a positive review on Trip Advisor. Another email will follow this one to make a reservation for New Years Eve. Hello, We write to thank you for a splendid night last Wednesday which we spent at Bells at Killcare. There was nothing that we were disappointed in, accommodation, meals and service were first class. Thank you. We would like to say staff impressed us with their friendliness and helpfulness but would like to make special mention of Heidi and Shelley who waited on our table in the restaurant. They are two very pleasant and lovely young ladies and a credit to your establishment. Please pass on our appreciation to them.
