Hi Kitty, I just wanted to email and say thank you. We had a beautiful lunch on Saturday. It is the most stunning place and the atmosphere was so welcoming and made everyone feel very comfortable and most guests commented and said how it felt like we were at a friends house, relaxing and having lunch. It was another fantastic experience at Bells
Dear Stefano and staff, I would like to thank you all for the warmth and hospitality you showed today at lunch. We had a wonderful time celebrating my father's birthday. Upon entry he was at ease and looking forward to a special lunch. We even meet Stefano on the way in. And from there it was a memorably birthday. Whilst you were not to know my mum died in January and this is dad's first birthday in 45 years without her and we wanted to make it special. And it was. Thanks to all from the chefs (wonderful food) and wait staff (brilliant service and wine selection). It was another fantastic experience at Bells.

Simply Amazing.... We have never experienced food that tasted as divine as this. Accomodation was of a highg standard and offers quiet, peaceful, serene surrounds. Gardens are lovely for walking and sitting and just soaking it all up. We will absolutely be back and will recommend this to others. Thanks

Dear Bells, George and I wanted to let you know how absolutely thrilled we are with our wedding at Bells! Everything was just perfect! Thank you for all your prompt help, advice and assistance in the months leading up to our wedding day which helped make our day what it was! As well as the tips about starlettos! We also want to pass on our thanks to ALL the team at Bells. From the lady who looked after us when the bridal party arrived (who assisted with some emergency stitching!), provided refreshments and helped us take a breath before the ceremony made it soooo much relaxing....along with a glass of bubbly! :) As well as looking after us on the bridal table and ensuring we enjoyed every minute. We were in exceptional hands! The meals were all amazing and we appreciated all the detail and effort that went into them. They were mouth-watering and all feedback from our family and friends was positive! Plus the desserts were simply decadent! Also to the Chef and Bells team who provided us a scrumptious dinner the night of the wedding was a blessing! We completely forgot about dinner plans and they were so very helpful in not only providing a meal but one that was of top standard and delivered it to our villa as well! They blessed our hearts! The Bells team who looked after us at the restaurant during our stay for breakfast but particularly for dinner on the Monday night were warm, professional and friendly. This was a refreshing change as many quality venues are so reserved and unapproachable! Keep up the good work! We can see why Bells has such a wonderful reputation! We hope you pass on our thanks to everyone who worked during our wedding on the 9th December and the days that followed. Everyone of them helped make our experience at Bells a sensation! A warm thank you
I am sending my warm thank you's to you and your team for the lovely cooking class my partner Colin and I did earlier this month. It was indeed special. I loved that the class was based on principles and wasn't simply a regurgitation of assured recipes written in concrete and rolled out with a perfunctory nod. Who cared that the mud crabs were small and the sausage skins (and hence the sausages) failed to materialise ... Not us! We would work with what we had and what we gathered from those gorgeous gardens. And it was indeed a beautiful bounty - especially those freshly dug spuds.
For me, this class was special because it was less a 'class' and more a conversation and I am sure that you have worked hard to create an atmosphere conducive to the easy dialogue between your crew members and with us. It was an intimate, infectious environment where food passions and procedures could be freely shared. It was good to be able to talk about what we were doing and why, and what we might do differently at home. What a rare treat to be in a real, working kitchen, as we 'worked' alongside experts and apprentices and then to sit down and share the meal together. I like that I could make an adequate dish from the recipe in the folder, but I that I can make a much better dish because of all the tips and tweakings observed and discussed during the class. It was an awesome experience! My only regret is that I didn't ask Shady for his sourdough recipe :-) And weeks later I still have thigh-operated sink envy. Just the thing every potter needs, so I've added that to my wish list! Please pass on our thanks to Danielle, Kevin and Shady.

Dear Karina and Brian, Penny and I stayed with you on the 18/19 Sept to Celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. What a wonderful place you have, the food,service and lodgings where of a very high standard but we always felt relax. You are situated in a beautiful part of the world. We have stayed at some great places in Australia and around the world, and Bells has gone to the top of our list. Will definitely be back
My husband took too me to Bells for my birthday last week for 1 night. Even though it was only a short stay we had a wonderful time starting from the day spa for myself- the facial was fantastic using beautiful products, to the accommodation which was decorated in beautiful and comfortable furniture. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is what I would liken to a countryside English manor- stunning. As well, the food at the restaurant for dinner was out of this world- it was one of the best meals I have ever had starting from the entrée through to the dessert was so scrumptious!! The staff were very friendly, polite and always smiling- thank you for a wonderful stay- will definitely be back again but for a longer stay.

My wife surprised me with dinner at your fantastic restaurant on our wedding anniversary. The food presented to us was of such high quality that I can not compare it to anything I have experienced before. We will definately be having my wifes birthday here.

Dear Mr Manfredi, Re: Dinner Booking – Saturday, August 18, 2012 I felt compelled to write to you to let you know what a wonderful experience we had at your restaurant on Saturday night. We have wanted to come to Bells for a long time and after months of talking about it, we finally got there. I am a huge fan of Neil Perry and I first saw you on his show talking about the simplicity of making pasta and preparing good food. I am from Calabria and have been taught to cook by the best Calabrese chef in the world…my mum. I have to tell you the food at Bells is not good…it is the most mouth watering and sublime taste sensation I/we have experienced. The excellent food was enhanced by the exceptional service and friendly staff, including your head chef on the night. We are 4 friends who dine out monthly, each taking a turn of the venue. We have been to many two hat restaurants which were lovely, however, Bells has swept the pool when it comes to excellence. The four of us left the restaurant over the moon with the whole experience. We all agreed, Bell’s has been the best by far and we are now into our third year of dining experiences. The highlight for me was when I had the waitress asked your Head Chef what made the biscotti so light, he sent print out of the recipe...fantastic! We will definitely return.
