Four architecturally designed holiday homes each offering stunning coastal & ocean views of Broken Bay & Palm Beach, Sydney.

Tri-level, beautifully appointed lodges, located in their own natural eco-sanctuary, with each lodge featuring a spectacular rooftop sunset deck with panoramic ocean views of the iconic Pittwater, Palm Beach and the Hawkesbury River. Lodges also feature a heated magnesium pool with two outdoor double day beds, outdoor rain shower, bbq and dining table.

Each lodge comfortably sleeps 4 people in two luxurious king bedrooms, which open out to a private veranda, beautifully integrated with the native bushland surrounds. The king beds can be split if required. Each bedroom has own luxurious ensuite with freestanding bath. Upstairs has several living and outdoor areas, perfect for family travel and special occasions.

Children of all ages are welcome to stay.

Lodges are fully serviced, including VIP nightly turndown and come complete with own Lodge Manager and full concierge to look after your every need, so you can simply relax and indulge in the full hotel experience.

Bells Day Spa is located right by the side of the lodges, so a pampering spa treatment is simply a must. Enjoy all of the Bells at Killcare facilities including 20m lap pool, garden bar, restaurant, bakery and complimentary Garden Tours, which are held on the last Friday of each month. Beach & National Park transfers are available daily in between 9am and 5pm, for all Lodge guests.

Enjoy all the inclusions of the classic Bed & Breakfast Package this Winter and get one night complimentary. Stay3 Pay2 is available any night of the week including Friday and Saturday nights in Winter 2025. Get in early for the July School Holidays. Children welcome. Limited offer over weekends and in holidays so be quick.

From $2,900 per night based on 4 guests / $2,300 per night based on 2 guests staying. (Children 13 and under stay free of charge). 

Terms & Conditions:

2-night minimum stay throughout the year, 3-night minimum stay over Easter long weekend and in between 24.12.25 to 05.01.26.

Hotel Credit of $300 is included with the all-inclusive package and is applicable for bookings with 4 adults for a two-night stay. $150 credit is applicable for bookings with 2 adults, for a two-night stay. Hotel credit or part there of, is not redeemable for cash. Hotel credit value is valid for this reservation period only, and is applied at check-out. Hotel credit is not availabe on the enjoy bed & breakfast package.

Strict no party policy applies to all Lodge bookings. Group & Wedding booking are to enquire through our Event Department.

The Lodges have a 14-day cancellation policy. Written notice must be received 14 days or more before check-in date, to receive a full refund. Thank you.
