Guests will enjoy a six-course menu showcasing the best of the Australian black winter truffle season. Featuring truffles harvested from pristine soils across New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Western Australia, and Tasmania, perfectly paired with premium wines by our award-winning sommelier, Michaela Clayton.
