Join Culinary Director, Sean Connolly and Josh Rea, leading fine food specialist and owner of Sydney's, Gourmet Life, on Thursday, June 30th, for our annual TRUFFLE dinner.

Guests will enjoy a six-course menu showcasing the best of the Australian black winter truffle season. Featuring truffles harvested from pristine soils across New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Western Australia, and Tasmania, perfectly paired with premium wines by our award-winning sommelier, Michaela Clayton.

Rich in flavour and rare in form, the Australian black winter truffle is a delicacy we eagerly await each year. This wonderful winter dinner event is one not to be missed!
