Careers
For the last 19 years, Bells at Killcare and sister property Pretty Beach House have been at the forefront of Australian hospitality. We acknowledge this comes down to having a wonderful and passionate team.
We are always on the lookout for passionate hospitality professionals. Be a part of something truly special, an iconic family-owned business that has been recognised by industry, media and guests as one of the best Australian retreats in NSW.
We endeavour to support the local community with multi-faceted job opportunities throughout the year. We also aim to support our local & regional producers and farmers and love to build & foster strong working relationships. We like to work with small-scale suppliers, who have similar brand and culture ethos to ours, to deliver an authentic, premium experience to each and every guest.
Our employees have a proactive approach to sustainable environmental management, which we believe is essential to our guest experience and to our continued success. Attention to detail is evident throughout our guest’s experience, from operational processes through to design and the broader product offering. This is core to the overarching culture and values of our business.
If you think you are a good fit, please express your interest via Peter Harman at careers@bellsatkillcare.com.au. Please indicate which department you are interested in working in and your area of expertise.
