Guest Services & Reservations Agent

We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Services & Reservations Agent to join our team. This is a casual role, allowing you flexibility in your work-life balance. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our boutique hotel operations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes
  • Managing reservations, including booking, modifying and cancelling guest stays
  • Responding to guest enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing information about the hotel’s facilities and the local area
  • Handling cash and card payments, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Supporting the wider hotel team as needed to maintain high standards of service

What we’re looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or reservations role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional approach
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
