The Lodges / Up to 4 people

The Lodges are 4-new architecturally designed homes, each offering two luxurious king bedrooms, and several living and outdoor areas, perfect for family & multi-gen travel, special occasions or group travel. Each lodge comfortably sleeps 4 adults in two king bedrooms. (The king beds can be split if required).

Generous inclusions with welcome drinks, full breakfast and dinner (either 3-course à la carte or 5-course chefs tasting menu), supplied by the Bells kitchen. Lunch provisions and a fully stocked in-lodge hamper curated by Bells Bakery & Larder. Premuim in-lodge bar also included. Bells Day Spa is located right by the side of the lodges eco-sanctuary.

Each lodge has stunning coastal & ocean views of Broken Bay, Palm Beach & Sydney making these a must-stay for your next holiday.

Rates from $750 per person per night, based on 4-adults in one lodge.

Rates from $1200 per person per night, based on 2-adults in one lodge.

Children 0-3 years free of charge, Children 3-13 years charged at $185 per night.

The Lodges have a 14-day cancellation policy. Written notice must be received 14 days or more before check-in date, to receive a full refund. Thank you. 

King Suite

Our King Suites are open plan (approx 40sqm) studio style suites perfect for a relaxing overnight stay or weekends away.

These suites are beautifully decorated complete with king bed with hand woven Bells blankets, luxurious comforters and fluffy doonas, a gas fireplace, air conditioning, iPod dock, smart TV. There is a large outdoor deck for al fresco living. The large bathroom is beautifully appointed with a deep freestanding bath, luxury fittings including our own Bouddi handmade toiletries, Bells bathrobes, hairdryer and slippers for you to enjoy during your stay.

Room service menu is available from 3 until 9pm.

Garden Studio - We have one cottage with ramp access for easy accessibility and a no-step shower temple (no bath). The Garden Studio has a king size bed with hand woven Bells blankets, luxurious comforters and fluffy doonas. This room has a wood combustion fireplace, air conditioning, iPod dock, smart TV and is beautifully decorated throughout. Bells bathrobes, hairdryer, slippers are provided. (Approx 40sqm).

All cottages & suites are non-smoking and accommodate 2 people.

Breakfast is from 8am until 10.30am daily. A full hot breakfast is included in all our packages which is inspired by the seasons & by the produce in our garden. Our eggs come from our own hens and the honey from our own bee hives (when in season). We offer a range of seasonal hot dishes and a full continental selection including freshly baked house-made pastries + breads, a variety of yoghurts and fruit compotes, bircher muesli, house made granola, jams and preserves, seasonal fruit and organic juices. Coffee and premium Buds & Beads loose leaf tea is also included.

Garden Villa

Our Garden Villas (approx 50sqm), perfect for a relaxing overnight stay or weekends away.

The Garden Villas are nestled into the established Bells gardens and feature a single level open plan design. Each Garden Villa has been individually designed in signature Bells style, with beautiful blue & white tones, designer wallpaper and elegant marble bathrooms complete with under floor heating.

The Garden Villas have a king bed (with hand woven Bells blankets, luxurious comforters and fluffy doonas), sitting area, smart TV, wood burning fireplace, air conditioning and outdoor undercover deck with plenty of room to relax and unwind outdoors. The freestanding baths are made from 100% pure copper, with each bath uniquely handcrafted and environmentally sound. Our own handmade Bouddi toiletries, Bells bathrobes, hairdryers and slippers are available to use whilst you stay with us.

All cottages & suites are non-smoking and accommodate 2 people.

One Bedroom Cottage

Luxurious and spacious with over 82 sqm of delightful living space. These cottages are open plan and single level with designer Ralph Lauren furnishings and two gas fireplaces, one in your bedroom and one in the living room.

The bedroom has a huge king bed, smart TV, gas fireplace, air conditioning and lovely outdoor deck with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beautifully designed bedroom linen includes hand woven Bells blankets, luxurious comforters and fluffy doonas. The living/kitchen area comprises a second outdoor deck, full lounge with coffee table, smart TV and gas fireplace, dining table with six chairs and kitchen, including full size fridge, oven and dishwasher.

The luxury bathroom has a freestanding bath and shower and comes complete with our own handmade toiletries, bathrobes, hairdryers and slippers to use whilst you stay with us.

Two Bedroom Cottage

Perfect for friends travelling together or family getaways, these cottages offer over 160 sqm of living and are designed for 4 people. There are three Two Bedroom Cottages on-site, which accommodate a total of 12 people if you book all 3 cottages.

These cottages are open plan and single level with designer Ralph Lauren furnishings, three gas fireplaces, air conditioning, three smart TV's and three outdoor decks. The bedrooms have king beds, a gas fireplace and plenty of room to relax and unwind in privacy, including a private outdoor deck area. These beautifully designed bedrooms showcase hand woven Bells blankets, luxurious comforters and fluffy doonas. Each bedroom has a large ensuite with a freestanding bath and separate shower, and comes complete with our own handmade toiletries, Bells bathrobes, hairdryer and slippers to use whilst you stay with us.

Both bedrooms open to the middle communal living area, where there is a full kitchen (with fridge, oven and dishwasher) and dining table with 6 chairs. There is a full size lounge room with another fireplace and smart TV, which also opens out to a communal outdoor deck.

Deluxe Two Storey Cottages

Set amongst the lush gardens are the delightful Deluxe Two Storey Cottages (Approx 80sqm)

With a full size separate king bedroom upstairs, air conditioning, extra comfy king bed with hand woven Bells blankets, luxurious comforters and fluffy doonas, these rooms are a home away from home. Full bathroom with bath is also on offer upstairs, along with double french doors opening onto a lovely balcony.

Downstairs offers a beautifully appointed lounge/dining space with kitchenette, dining table, gas fireplace, smart TV & additional powder room. The room opens out to a private lower deck with day bed.

Lakeview Villas

The Lakeview Villas (approx 57sqm) are set in a very private and tranquil environment with a lovely lake outlook at the far end of the property. They have a private deck with day bed, dining table and 2 dining chairs for alfresco evenings.

These beautifully designed Villas are single level, have designer Ralph Lauren furnishings, a king size bed, air conditioning, hand woven Bells blankets, luxurious comforters and fluffy doonas. The king bedroom is separated from the lounge/living area by a partitioned wall housing a smart TV on both sides and gas fireplace on the lounge side. The large bathroom has a deep freestanding bath and separate shower and comes complete with our own handmade Bouddi toiletries, Bells bathrobes, hairdryer and slippers to use whilst you stay with us.
