Bells at Killcare Boutique Hotel, Restaurant & Spa – One of Australia’s most awarded boutique properties - is nestled in the delightful seaside hamlet of Killcare, at the Southern end of the Central Coast.
Just 90 minutes’ drive from Sydney’s CBD or a quick 20 minute ferry trip from iconic Palm Beach, Bells at Killcare feels miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The Bells at Killcare team are skilled at creating smooth running events with a dedicated Event Manager to look after guests every need.
Bells at Killcare features outstanding facilities such as The Conservatory - a light filled, purpose-built event space, and The Library for more intimate meetings, of up to 18 people. The Conservatory is capable of holding up to 60 day delegates, or up to 220 for a stand up event.
The hotel consists of 25 boutique cottages spread out on the perfectly manicured acreage. Cottages and suites can accommodate up to 46 delegates (most twin share) or 25 delegates single occupancy.
When it’s time to take a break, guests may choose to relax by the outdoor lap pool, find a spot in the enchanting gardens to enjoy a drink or read a book, or perhaps indulge in a treatment at Bells Day Spa. With Wi-Fi access across the entire property, spectacular coastal bushwalks, mountain biking, paddle-boarding and more, it’s perfect for any event.
There are acres of manicured gardens for outdoor meetings, an al fresco style veranda for group breakfasts and lunches, and the library could be used as a break-out room for morning or afternoon tea. The bar overlooks the garden and is the perfect spot for the after work social.
Bells at Killcare caters for a wide range of meetings and events, including major conferences for large national companies and associations, wine dinners and product launches. From a working lunch to a five course degustation dinner, we work with our guests to meet their every need.

The surrounding Bouddi National Park is home to some breathtaking coastal bushwalks with beautiful coastal views. We offer guided bushwalks or we can set your team on their way accompanied with maps, backpacks (filled with a chefs picnic lunch) and beverages.
Walks range in difficulty from the very easy broadwalk at Putty Beach, to the 7km steep decent walk of the Mount Bouddi, Bombi Moor and Little Beach Circuit. Guided walks can be tailored to your time requirements.
Bells at Killcare Cooking School and is an exciting activity to offer small groups. Classes are based around the seasonal bounty from the kitchen garden, with a focus on the sustainable, fresh and simple cuisine which is the hallmark of the Bells at Killcare restaurant. Chefs will host small group cooking classes which are tailored to particular needs. Expect to harvest fresh seasonal produce from the garden and then learn the secrets of the chefs as you prepare in the Bells kitchen. The dishes will then be enjoyed at a sit down feast, paired with wines chosen from the multi award winning Wine list. Classes can be tailored according to your timings and schedule.
Bush Tucker & Aboriginal Walking Experiences
Learn more about the oldest recorded culture on earth with our experienced local guides who specialise in this field. Our guides live on Darkinjung and Guringai land (on the NSW Central Coast, Australia) who have ancestral connections to the Wiradjuri, Wailwan, Wongaibon and Ngiyampaa peoples. You’ll experience ancient engravings and rock art, hear timeless stories and totemic song/dance, feel the power of mother earth and the spirit of the ancestors that will ground your feet and lift your soul.
We are passionate about encouraging Aboriginal cultural understanding, awareness and unity in all communities, and feel privileged to offer these experiences to our guests. Walks vary from 1 to 4 hours in duration.
The Springs is a large premium golf course, in a picturesque setting at Peats Ridge, not too far from us.
The Shelly Beach Golf Club is also a spectacular course right on the ocean cliffs at Shelly Beach, approx 30 mins drive north of Killcare.
Wine Appreciation Class
The wine list at our restaurant & bar has consistently won Three Wine Glasses in the Fine Wine Partners / Gourmet Traveller Wine List of the Year Awards, and has also won the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Regional Wine List of the Year Award.

The class can be tailored to specific group needs.
Our local beaches are home to many professional Australian surfers, who love to teach when they are not competing or surfing overseas. Group or individual lessons may be arranged for any level, beginner to advanced, in a non-judgemental environment. Lessons are usually at MacMasters or Avoca Beach and transfers may be arranged.
Paddle-Boarding, Kayaking, Boating
Hardy’s Bay is an idyllic region to paddle board, kayak or rent a small boat and cruise the local area. The bay is safe and offers secluded swimming spots and plenty of lovely vistas.
Our boat has been customized to provide the ultimate fishing experience, however no compromise has been made on comfort. In fact, the ‘Pretty Beach The Launch’ epitomizes the luxury cruising offering with an air-conditioned galley and forward cabin that offers privacy and includes bedding for four as well as a fully equipped bathroom and shower.
Choose from a full day or half day tour, for up to 10 people. The full day charter combines the relaxation and beauty of hidden beaches & coves coupled with the excitement of landing your own dinner. You’ll troll inshore reefs and headlands for kingfish, snapper, bonito and salmon. You will enjoy the calm waters of the Hawkesbury, a breathtakingly beautiful place with looming cliffs, towering trees and in places almost manicured banks. Here you can try your hand at fishing for jewfish, bream & flathead.
The full day Blood & Thunder Game Fishing Charter involves serious fishing - a full day of deep-sea game fishing on the continental shelf, out of Broken Bay.

This outdoor adventure park is conveniently located 40 minutes from Bells at Killcare or approximately 1 hour from the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
