- Flawless — Flawless! I've been fortunate to have stayed in some amazing hotels all around the world. Bells at Killcare leaves most of them in the dust! After a particularly busy six months, my husband and I really needed some time out. We knew Bells had a five star reputation, but five stars doesn't adequately describe our experience - this was 10 stars! From the incredible wait staff in the restaurant, to the beautiful ladies in the spa, to the front desk and the bar, the service was charming, but not obsequious or obvious, helpful and ready to attend to your every need and request. Bells has rave reviews everywhere you look about the food, but the breakfasts and dinners eclipsed our expectations. Let's start with the breakfast: fresh, crunchy French pastries baked in their own bakery, were as good as any you'd get in Paris, poached eggs cooked to perfection with lashings of mouthwatering smoked trout. The omelette I had this morning with gruyere and smoked ham was so delicious I knew I was going to fantasize about it long after it had been gobbled down. We had two incredible dinners in the restaurant and my husband said his duck pie on the first night was one of the best duck dishes he'd ever eaten with flaky pastry and a rich, glossy sauce. From the mashed potato to the sand whiting I ate, I can't fault any aspect of the meal. I have to give a shout-out to Rose and Angela in the Spa. As a longtime health and beauty editor, I have had many treatments in my life, but the massage I had was so nurturing and relaxing that I dropped off several times and woke myself with a couple of snores (the mark of deep relaxation in my book). Rose brought a level of presence and generosity to the massage that I've rarely felt, even in the world's best spas. Finally, I have to talk about the accommodation. We stayed in one of the Lodges and it was superb. From the comfy and inviting lounge, warmed by the gentle flame of the fireplace, to the roomy bathrooms (with wonderful granite bathtubs, which we both took advantage of), to the magnesium plunge pool and incredibly comfortable beds with ample pillows, the entire house presented an invitation to relax and unwind. The design of these larger lodges has been curated for relaxed luxury. Nothing felt precious or stiff, but at the same time, it was elevated enough to make you feel like you were in a hotel. After all, who wants a holiday destination to feel like you're slumming it at home? This is not that! It's so much more. Every detail of Bells at Killcare has been considered, but it's done so well that it's not self-conscious or cloying - it's Australian luxury travel at its absolute best. Would we go there again? - The most special day of our lives — My husband and I recently had our wedding at Bells at Killcare, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. We stayed on-site for two nights, and every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations.

From the moment we arrived, the service and attention to detail were absolutely top-tier. A special mention goes to Katrin, the wedding coordinator, who was calm, level-headed, and by our side every step of the way. She ensured everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to truly enjoy the day we had been dreaming of.

The staff were exceptional, not only were they attentive with food and drinks throughout the event, but they even cheered us on during our first dance, which we had spent months rehearsing. Those little touches meant so much!

- WOW, Bouddi Trek — We loved the Bouddi Trek! Bells was fantastic. Loved the balance of meals, wine and luxury touches. The accommodation was outstanding.
Nicola, our guide, was a highlight. Such lovely company and really caring for all. The trek itself was well thought out. Enough of a challenge but very enjoyable! And of course, the gin bar at the end was a lovely surprise!

- Bells Day Spa — I've had the best, most relaxing massages here, which I would 100% recommend. I had a couple's massage with my husband, which was very relaxing and quite spiritual. - Very impressive — From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted in a warm friendly manner from the front of house team, they made us feel very welcome. We come from the Southern Highlands where there are an abundance of restaurants but The Wild Flower team here at Bells have surpassed any service we have experienced, especially Katrin. ### Are children welcome?
Children over 13 years are welcome in all accommodation types when accompanied by an adult. Children under 13 years can stay in the Family Two Bedroom Cottage or The Lodges.

### Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted at Bells at Killcare.

### Are reservations required?
Table reservations in the restaurant are highly recommended, particularly for dinner, weekends and special occasions. We encourage guests to book in advance to secure their preferred dining time.

### Are the rooms non-smoking?
Yes. All cottages, suites and villas are completely non-smoking.

### Can I access walking trails nearby?
Yes. Bouddi National Park offers spectacular coastal walks and nature trails. Complimentary transfers to nearby walking tracks are available for Lodge guests.

### Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

### Can non-guests visit Wild Flower Bar & Dining?
Yes. Wild Flower Bar & Dining welcomes both in-house guests and visitors for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reservations are recommended, particularly during busy periods.

### Can the king beds be split into twin beds?
All king beds in our rooms (including The Lodges) can be configured as twin beds on request. Please contact the reservations team prior to arrival to discuss your bedding requirements.

### Can you cater for food allergies?
Yes. The team can accommodate many dietary requirements and food allergies. Please advise us when booking so the chefs can prepare accordingly.

### Do all accommodation types have a private pool?
No. Private heated magnesium pools are exclusive to The Lodges. Guests staying in all other accommodation types have access to the resort's beautiful 20-metre lap pool, which is shared by all guests.

### Do all accommodation types have kitchen facilities?
Our Two Bedroom Cottages and Luxury Lodges feature a full kitchen for added convenience.

### Do all the cottages and villas have fireplaces?
All accommodation types include either a gas fireplace, or a wood combustion fireplace, making Bells an inviting destination throughout the cooler months. The Lodges also have a stone gas fireplace.

### Do any of the accommodation packages include spa treatments?
Yes. The Relax Package includes two 60-minute Signature Bouddi Massages as well as accommodation, breakfast and dinner.

### Do you cater for corporate events?
Yes. The property welcomes intimate meetings, executive retreats and small corporate events.

### Do you have accommodation for families?
Yes. Both our Lodges and Two Bedroom Cottages sleep up to 4 guests, with children of all ages welcome.

### Do you have electric vehicle charging?
Yes. Two electric vehicle charging stations are available for in-house guests.

### Do you host weddings?
Yes. Bells at Killcare is an elegant boutique wedding destination offering intimate wedding experiences in a beautiful garden setting.

### Do you offer accessible accommodation?
Yes. Bells at Killcare offers accessible accommodation, including the Garden Studio, which features ramp access and an accessible bathroom. Please contact the reservations team to discuss your accessibility requirements before booking.

### Do you offer accommodation packages?
Yes. We offer a variety of curated packages, including spa escapes, gourmet dining experiences and seasonal accommodation offers.

### Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available for dining experiences and accommodation packages, making them an ideal gift for special occasions.

### Do you offer private dining?
Private dining is available for special occasions or small groups. The library can host 30 people and The Conservatory up to 120 people. Please contact the Bells at Killcare events team to discuss your requirements.

### Does Bells at Killcare having a swimming pool?
Yes. Guests have access to a beautiful 20-metre saltwater mineral pool set amongst the gardens.

### Is breakfast included with my stay?
Yes. All accommodation packages include a full hot à la carte breakfast served daily from 8:00am to 10:30am at Wild Flower Bar & Dining.

### Is outdoor dining available?
Guests can enjoy alfresco dining from the bar menu in the beautiful garden setting, weather permitting. In-house guests may also enjoy a gourmet picnic in the garden or a treat from the bakery.

### Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary onsite parking is provided for guests. Lodge accommodation includes secure parking for two vehicles.

### Is room service available?
Yes. Room service is available daily.
Monday to Thursday from 4pm until 9pm.
Friday to Sunday from midday until 9pm.

### Is the beach nearby?
