Private Sound Healings now available of an evening at Bells Day Spa, 5.30 - 8.30pm with NADA SOUND SPA.

This private Sound Healing session is an immersive, deeply calming wellness experience designed to soothe your nervous system, dissolve tension, and rejuvenate your body at a cellular level.

You'll begin with delicious vegan ceremonial cacao and settle into a gentle guided meditation before being cocooned in a curated sound journey of crystal bowls, sacred flutes, chimes, and ancient healing instruments. Feel live vibrations and sound waves travel through your body, as specific frequencies guide you back into harmony.

This multi-sensory experience supports deep rest and restorative sleep. Every session is tailored with care, offering the gift of presence and a nervous system reset that lingers long after the treatment ends.

Facilitated by a qualified sound healing practitioner with a background in music and somatic wellness.
