Rituals and Relax Retreat 2026 in collaboration with IKOU.

Join us for an immersive wellness retreat with a considered balance of activity, relaxation and time out.

This Retreat will be hosted by IKOU wellness practitioner Lonni Breeuwer, and, Bells at Killcare own yoga/pilates teacher Leesa Thornthwaite. Together, they will guide you through each day as you put yourself first.

Our wellness retreats are for those seeking to immerse themselves in nature, indulge in a little luxury, and maybe even step outside their comfort zone. Group sizes are kept small (up to 10 guests) to make sure plenty of time is dedicated to each guest.

Come and join us in the beautiful surroundings of Bouddi National Park, to gain new insights on how you can make healthy and positive choices in your life. Learn meditation skills, breathing techniques, practice yin yoga, take some time out in the day spa, and enjoy some gentle guided hiking on this wonderful retreat designed to slow you down and offer a little reset to your life.

We believe time is a luxury, so afternoons on this retreat are designed for you to take some well-deserved time out. Don't forget to book your included 60-minute Mindful Ritual Spa Treatment during this time!

By the end of our time together, you will be a much better version of yourself and armed with tools to continue life-lasting habits that will improve your overall wellbeing.

 

3-NIGHT RETREAT ITINERARY 

Day 1 Sunday June 28

  • Arrive anytime today for early spa treatments or start with light lunch in the restaurant (additional) 
  • Cottage or Lodge check-in is from 3pm
  • 4pm Welcome Circle, The Conservatory
  • 4.30 Mat Pilates with Leesa
  • 6.30pm Welcome Dinner at The Wild Flower Bar & Dining (3-course menu included, group table, beverages charged to room)

Day 2 Monday June 29

  • 7.30-8.30am  Yin Yoga with Lonni
  • 8.30-10.30am Breakfast
  • 10.30-12pm Workshop session: Skin Deep: understanding your skin and how to set up a great skin routine
  • 12-1pm Lunch
  • Afternoon free time: Day Spa Treatments, Relaxation time
  • 5pm Mat Pilates with Leesa
  • Dinner - at your leisure (Additional cost, room service, restaurant or you are free to venture offsite)
  • 8pm Restorative Yoga & Breathwork with Lonni

Day 3 Tuesday June 30

  • 7.30-8.30am Stretch & Release session
  • 8.30-10.30am Breakfast
  • 10.30-12pm Workshop session: Stress Relief and Mindfulness and creating your own home sanctuary with Lonni
  • 12-1pm Lunch
  • Afternoon free time: Day Spa Treatments, Relaxation time
  • Dinner - at your leisure (Additional cost, room service, restaurant or you are free to venture offsite)
  • 6.30-7.30 Private ikou shopping night in the day spa
  • 7.30-8.45pm  Sound Bath, The Conservatory, Nada Sound Spa

Day 4 Wednesday July 1

  • 8-9 am  Active session: Guided Bush Hike Bullimah Spur
  • 9-10.30am Breakfast
  • 11am Farewell

With years of experience in beauty therapy, kahuna massage, breathwork facilitation, and yoga instruction, she brings a holistic approach to healing and self-care. Through her curated sessions, Lonni offers a transformative space where you can reconnect, rejuvenate, and cultivate balance. Whether you're seeking relaxation, emotional release, or personal growth, her guidance will leave you feeling empowered and deeply restored.

Leesa Thornthwaite

Leesa has been in the Health and Wellness industry for over 30 years and has taught Yoga and Pilates for 25 of those years. In addition, she has been a registered Fitness instructor. Leesa is a passionate local and loves to showcase the wonder of the Bouddi National Park as she guides groups through the trails and tracks.  Leesa believes & teaches that living a healthy, abundant & joyful life doesn’t have to be complicated.
