Spa Etiquette

Bells day spa has 4 treatment rooms over 2 levels. Treatments can be enjoyed in solitude or shared with a loved one in our beautifully decorated couples room.

Bookings and Deposits

Bookings must be made prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. Guests not staying inhouse: For all treatment bookings a 50% credit card deposit is required at time of booking. Guests staying inhouse: No deposit required.


Life is full of surprises so if you need to cancel your appointment, change your treatment or reschedule the time, the spa must be notified at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50%. This policy applies for all bookings. Arriving more than 30 minutes late, may result in your treatment being canceled and full payment taken.


Please arrive at the spa at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of treatment, with your health history form complete. Arriving late for your appointment may impact on your treatment time. Full payment of your booked treatment is required, even if you arrive late.


A 20 metre outdoor swimming pool is nearby to the day spa. Pool is open from 7am till 7pm for in-house guests only.


Quality spa briefs, robes and slippers are provided for all visitors to the day spa, you are however, welcome to wear your own briefs or swimwear during the treatment.


Lockers are provided to our guests and it is recommended that all jewellery is removed and stored securely prior to commencement of treatment.


The spa will need to be advised of any health issues that may affect your choice of treatment. We advise that expectant mothers in first trimester speak with spa staff so that they may be directed to suitable treatments.
