Our inaugural Wellness Reset Retreat is here and we are so excited to share the details with you. Join us for 3 nights & 3 days of immersive relaxation and gentle activity.

Our 2024 Reset Retreat will be hosted by wellness practitioner, Kris Abbey and master yogi Leesa Thornthwaite will lead your yoga practice. Together they will guide you through each day, as you put yourself first.

  • Sunday August 4 to Wednesday August 7, 2024

 

The retreat is for those seeking to immerse in nature, indulge in a little luxury and maybe even step outside your comfort zone. Come and join us in the beautiful surroundings of Bouddi National Park, to relax, recharge and gain new insights on how you can make healthy and positive changes in your life.

Learn meditation, yoga, eat nutrient-dense food, take some time-out in the day spa, and, enjoy some gentle hiking on this wonderful retreat designed to slow you down and offer a little reset & recharge in your life.

We believe time is a luxury, so afternoons on this retreat are designed just for you, to take some well-deserved time out.

By the end of our time together you will be a much better version of yourself and armed with tools to continue life-lasting habits that will improve your wellbeing.

5pm Welcome Circle with Kris & Leesa, Guided walk around the property

6pm Sound Bowl meditation

6.30pm Welcome Dinner at The Wild Flower Bar & Dining

Monday

7-8am  Active session: Guided Bush hike

8-10.30am Breakfast

10.30-12pm Workshop session: Nutrition & Exercise

12-1pm Lunch

Afternoon free time: Day Spa Treatment, One-on-One with Kris, or Pilates Excursion to High View Studio (additional cost, August dates only)

4-5pm Fireside chat & sunset drinks hosted with Kris

8pm Restorative Yoga & Meditation

7-8am Sunrise yoga

10.30-12pm Workshop session: Stress Relief and Mindfulness
