We are currently busy accepting bookings from individuals that are fully vaccinated and eligible to travel under the NSW Government Public Health Act, for the remainder of 2021 & 2022.
Hotel reservations can be made using our online booking button for dates beyond the Greater Sydney Lockdown restrictions. Our flexible cancellation policy allows cancellations anytime up to 7 days prior to arrival.
We take the welfare of our guests, staff and the local community very seriously and we are continually adopting every recommendation from NSW Health with respect to cleaning and hygiene standards, and ensuring both social distancing and the per square metre rule are both enforced.
Our housekeeping team strictly follows the NSW Health recommended guidelines with respect to the cleaning and sanitisation of frequently touched surfaces, accommodation areas and we use manufacturer’s specifications for use of cleaning chemicals, including the required strengths and regularity of routines.
The Wild Flower Bar & Dining offers two seatings per session to maintain social distancing. It is an requirement that you must pre-book your table and each customer digitally register their attendance on arrival. A Covid Marshall will be on duty at each shift to ensure compliance and safety for all guests and staff.
Bells Day Spa treatments must be pre-booked online and a longer turn-around time has been implemented to allow for thorough cleaning in between guests.
Bells Bakery will continue to operate from 7am until 3pm daily. Our take-away offering & larder continues to thrive with local support which we are so grateful for.
